October 17, 2018 - Peabody announced today that its board of directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.13 per share on the company's common stock, payable on Nov. 21, 2018 to shareholders of record on Oct. 31, 2018.

Given the company's share repurchases, today's dividend announcement reflects an increase of nearly 4 percent over last quarter's dividend per share, while maintaining dividend cash outflows consistent with last quarter.
