March 18, 2019 - The Senate confirmed three members to the Federal Mine Safety and Health Review Commission March 14. 

The move purportedly sets to end a lack of quorum that has lasted on the federal panel for almost seven months. President Donald Trump nominees Marco M. Rajkovich Jr., Arthur R. Traynor, and William I. Althen were all confirmed by voice vote.
