Rhino Energy LLC, a Lexington, Kentucky, based portfolio company of Wexford Capital LLC, is pleased to announce the following management change:

Joseph R. Miller has been named General Counsel of Rhino Energy LLC and its subsidiaries effective March 1, 2009.  Mr. Miller joined the company in 2007 and has been serving as Vice President and Associate General Counsel.  He practiced law with Frost Brown Todd in Lexington, Kentucky, from 2002 to 2007, with a substantial portion of his practice devoted to coal industry matters. Mr. Miller is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association.  Prior to attending law school, he was an Associate with J.J.B. Hilliard W.L. Lyons, Inc. in its Public Finance Department in Louisville, Kentucky from 1997 until 1999.
