IMC Group Consulting Limited (IMC) has acquired 51% of SRG Services and Consultancy Private Limited (SRG).
SRG is a growing geological, mining and environmental consultancy based in Kolkata, India.SRG is especially known for it’s capabilities in geological modelling, mine planning and resource valuation, and has established itself as a premier, independent, mining consulting organisation in India.SRG has also developed international experience by providing consulting services in various countries such as Indonesia, Turkey, Iran, Kazakhstan, Oman, Mexico, DR Congo, Mozambique, Morocco and Liberia.
SRG is headed by Managing Director T N Gunaseelan.Existing directors V S Rao and Hemen Bhagawati will continue.Barry Edwards, Chris Wells and Arif Anwar from IMC have joined the board of SRG.The SRG team numbers about 30 of which the majority are qualified professionals.T N Gunaseelan has also joined the board of IMC.
