September 15, 2023 -  Please find an invitation below for the northern West Virginia fundraiser Governor Justice planned for October 3 at the Waterfront Marriott in Morgantown WV. 

Please plan to attend and bring along your friends and colleagues to show our collective appreciation for his leadership and support for our industry.  Nobody has been more supportive and outspoken for coal than Governor Justice during his 6+ year tenure as Governor!

As you know, this race is critical to the leadership of the US Senate and our industry and Governor Justice provides the best chance for that welcomed change to occur. 

Attached with the invitation are two donor forms.  The first is the standard form which states the maximum contribution for the May 2024 Primary Election is $3300 per person or $6600 per couple.  Each donor may also contribute $6600 individually to cover the Primary and General Elections.  The second donor form is for individuals interested in contributing more than the previously stated amounts goes to a second PAC – “The Justice Victory Committee” is a joint fundraising committee composed of  the “Jim Justice For US Senate Campaign” and the NRSC with a limit of $295,700.
