That year-round commitment to veterans and their families is why delegates to our 32nd Constitutional Convention passed a resolution in support of the Power for America and the Utility Workers Military Assistance Program (also known as P4A and UMAP). These programs help ensure that veterans have the training and support necessary to continue to serve their communities in critical utility worker roles that provide union wages and benefits.
