April 15, 2024 - The SME Pittsburgh Section will be hosting the third annual Spring Seminar Series from May 21st to June 6th, 2024.  The Series will be provided virtually on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM EST.  We welcome presentations covering the entire range of mining, metallurgy, and exploration and will organize the sessions by topic such as ventilation, ground control, AI in mining, and safety and health.  Please complete this FORM if you would like your presentation to be considered for the Seminar Series.  Forms are due by Friday April 19th, and notifications of acceptance will be given during the week of April 29, 2024.  If you have any questions, please email PittSME.Seminar@gmail.com.
