April 18, 2025 - In a celebration of dedication and achievement, Brookville Equipment Corporation recently recognized its Decade Award winners.

This annual tradition honors employees who have reached significant career milestones, marking 10-year service increments to the company.

The ceremony highlighted the unwavering commitment of its awardees, showcasing the heart of BROOKVILLE’s success: its people. Among those celebrated were individuals who have spent anywhere from a decade to three decades contributing to the company’s growth and excellence.

The honorees included:

  • 10 Years of Service: Shane Heschke, Adam Mohney, Jeremy Wenner, Lori Johnston, Larry Schuckers, Lance Musser, Sharon Rapp, and Pam Parks-Westberg.
  • 20 Years of Service: Barry Myers.
  • 30 Years of Service: Adam Kemmer, Chad Shaffer, and Mike Anderson.

Rick Graham, who presented the awards, commended the recipients for their invaluable contributions. Each honoree represents a piece of BROOKVILLE’s enduring legacy and commitment to innovation, teamwork, and excellence.
