June 25, 2025 - The Association is holding a Summer Environmental Summit on August 19th at the Flatwoods Inn & Conference Center in Flatwoods, W.Va. from 9:00 to 3:00.  

The agenda for the meeting includes a detailed review of pertinent state and federal rulemaking activities, and a face-to-face discussion with senior regulatory permitting and policy staff from state and federal agencies including the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, and the various divisions of the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection. 

Attendance at the Summit is free to Association members, and we encourage you to invite members of your staff and others in your company to attend the meeting. 

(Fee to attend for non-WVCA members is $450.00) 

PDH credit certificates will be provided if requested by attendees.
