MCPA 2026 Virginia Legislative Activities are scheduled January 28-29, 2026. 2026 MCPA Virginia Legislative Events January 28 – January 29, 2026: MCPA has reserved a block of rooms at the - Richmond Marriott, 500 E Broad St, Richmond, VA 23219, arriving Wednesday, January 28 departing Thursday, January 29. The room rate is $184.00 plus taxes and fees. For your convenience, we will make reservations for everybody, just let us know how many rooms you will need and dates of arrival and departure. Please let us know how many people from your company will be participating in the 2026 Legislative Reception, the Monday night dinner and the Legislative Breakfast events to ensure we have rooms available for all our people as soon as possible. MCPA co-sponsors the reception with other organizations from Southwest Virginia. Wednesday, January 28, 2026 Legislative Reception –at Library of Virginia, 800 E Broad St, Richmond, VA 23219 TIME: 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. Dinner – 7:45 a.m. We are working to find a restaurant for dinner following the reception. More information will follow. Thursday, January 29, 2026 MCPA Legislative Breakfast, Richmond Marriott TIME: 8:00 a.m. Room location will be on the lower level of the Marriott.
