January 28, 2026 - The Metallurgical Coal Producers Association’s annual conference is approaching fast!

The conference is scheduled for May 18-20 (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday), 2025,

at the Stonewall Resort, Roanoke, West Virginia. 

There will not be a fishing tournament this year. The Stonewall Jackson Lake, State Park Ramp was not available.

We are working on an exciting program this year with informed and nationally recognized speakers who will share their thoughts and views for metallurgical coal’s future.

The conference activities are:

• Monday, May 18:
  • Early Registration – 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m.
  • Monday afternoon – Exhibitors’ set-up 1:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.
  • Monday evening – Welcome Reception 6:30 p. m.
• Tuesday, May 19:
  • Tuesday morning - Business session 8:00 a.m. until 12: noon
  • Tuesday afternoon - Golf outing begins at 1:30 p.m.
  • Tuesday afternoon – Clay shooting contest begins at 1:30 p.m.
  • Tuesday evening - dinner and awards for shooting and golf at 6:30 p.m.
• Wednesday, May 20:
  • Wednesday morning - business session begins at 8:00 a.m. and ends at 12:30 p.m.

The room rate at Stonewall Resort is $176.00 per room plus taxes per night. We will share a link with you soon permitting you to make your own reservations.

Limited exhibit space is available.  The cost for exhibit space is only $850.00.  One person can attend all meeting functions and special activities planned for attendees (does not include golf, or clay shooting).  Call TODAY to ensure the opportunity of showcasing your company or organization’s products or services.
