January 30, 2026 - The deadline for 2026 Union Plus scholarships is coming up quickly! Apply by Saturday, January 31st and give a student in your family the chance to win some extra cash to support their educational goals.

For 25 years, the Union Plus Scholarship program has given away almost six million dollars to over 4,200 union families to help pay for schooling at a U.S. accredited college, university, community college, technical or trade school. Applicants are awarded funding based on financial need, academic achievement, and appreciation of labor. The amounts awarded can range from $500 to $4,000. 

Last year, 193 union family members received over $250,000 in scholarship funding from Union Plus. This year, you or a member of your own family could be one of them. To apply, learn more, or read about last year’s recipients, click here.
