February 23, 2026 - A reminder that the cut-off date for the early registration fee for the SME/CAS Spring Event with CoalProTec is Friday, February 27.
After February 27 the fee increases to $250. CoalProTec is scheduled for April 27-29 at the Central Bank Center in Lexington. Please note there will be no zoom option for the SME technical sessions.
To register, complete the attached fillable registration form at the Exhibit/Tech fee of $150. This fee includes admission Tuesday and Wednesday to the exhibit floor, the keynote address, the technical sessions and two lunches. You will receive 7 PDHs for the technical sessions and 1 PDH for the Keynote Address (total 8 PDHs).
Email the form to coalprepsociety@gmail.com. Toni Franklin, the CPSA administrator/registration coordinator will send you an invoice/link to securely pay via your credit card.
IMPORTANT! Please make sure you fill out the membership portion on the registration form. Click that you are a SME member and enter your SME member number in the form field OR if you don’t have a membership number enter “SME” and your initials (ex. SME-GC).
