The deadline for UWUA’s scholarship is coming up on April 23, 2026. Please encourage eligible students to apply.

High school seniors who are the child of an active UWUA member during 2026 may enter. Students are eligible for entry into the scholarship drawing during the scholarship year that coincides with their graduation from high school, i.e., 2026 scholarship/2026 high school graduation.To enter the drawing, students must fill out and submit the online scholarship entry form. You may also scan the QR code for the scholarship entry form.

For members in all regions, the 2026 deadline to enter is April 23, 2026. UWUA will award one $2,000 scholarship in each of the UWUA’s five regions.

• Region One: Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont, Puerto Rico, and other Caribbean Territories  
• Region Two: Florida, Maryland, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, West Virginia  
• Region Three: Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Ohio, Oklahoma, Texas  
• Region Four: Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wisconsin
• Region Five: Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington, Wyoming, Guam, and other Pacific Rim Territories

Awardees will be selected in a blind drawing from all the eligible entry forms submitted. Recipients will be recognized in the year selected upon proof of acceptance and attendance at any university, college, or trade school, etc.
