Regulatory Fairness Hearing

The Office of the National Ombudsman and SBA Mid-Atlantic Regional Office is hosting a Regulatory Fairness Hearing on May 13, 2026, from 9 am to 12 pm at the MSHA Training Academy in Beaver, WV to give coal, gas, and energy entities a direct platform to engage with the Ombudsman and SBA leadership to voice concerns regarding unfair or excessive federal regulatory enforcement, providing a unique opportunity to discuss how specific guidelines and inspections impact the energy sector.
