Consider the condition of roadways, grades, clearances, visibility, traffic, weather, and the type of equipment being used. Ensure miners are adequately task trained in the safe operation of all equipment they operate. Ensure haulage roads are examined for hazardous conditions. Communicate hazardous conditions to all persons using the haulage roads.
