Are you ready to grow your chapter, expand your network, and compete for awesome prizes? Join the SME Student Chapter Membership Challenge, a friendly competition running June 1 through October 31 to see which student chapters can recruit the most new SME Student Members!

Why Participate?

By recruiting new members, you'll help strengthen your chapter, increase awareness of SME, and connect more students to a global network of mining and engineering professionals.

And here's the best part: new student members who join during the Challenge receive membership through the end of 2027. That's up to 18 months of membership for just $20!

1st Place: $500
