Eriez Appoints Graeme Bainbridge as Director, Global Manufacturing

 


August 24, 2026 - Eriez® has appointed Graeme Bainbridge to the position of Director of Global Manufacturing. In this role, Bainbridge will lead and coordinate the company's global production strategy, focusing on manufacturing alignment, fabrication processes, design standardisation, operational efficiency and cost competitiveness.

Bainbridge brings extensive international manufacturing and operational leadership experience to Eriez, having held senior positions with companies including JELD-WEN, REHAU, Masco and Belkin. Throughout his career, he has led large-scale transformation initiatives across multi-site manufacturing environments, driving improvements in performance, supply chain management, organisational effectiveness and profitability. He is well-versed in lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

Through the remainder of 2026, Bainbridge will be based at Eriez-Europe, where he will focus on gaining a detailed understanding of the company's processes, initiatives and strategic priorities across regions. Following this transition period, he will expand his efforts across the broader enterprise, helping advance the company's worldwide production goals.
